Ramco Systems was part of the 4th anniversary summit of CIO Klub, Mumbai recently. The CIO Klub is a unique concept that brings together CIOs and key decision-makers from several Indian enterprises, with an aim to collaborate and exchange knowledge and best practices.
Speaking on behalf of Ramco Systems was Mr. R. Shankar, Executive Vice President, who presented on the important topic of creating sustainable business value. Mr. Shankar introduced the “CAMPDIC” factor to the 300-plus CIOs present, highlighting the need for converging different applications, platforms and practices to create seamless business solutions.
CAMPDIC is an acronym for Convergence of Applications and Analytics, Mobility, Platforms, Data Warehousing and Integration onto the Cloud. Supporting his theory with several case studies, Mr. Shankar enumerated Ramco’s success in multiple industry segments, including Watches, Missile Manufacturing, Aviation MRO, Power, Real Estate, Agri- Business, Logistics, Auto Components, Specialty Chemicals, Banking, Foods, and Arms Manufacturing.
All in all, the summit was an excellent opportunity to present the benefits of Cloud to crucial decision-makers across several segments
