Qualification : Any Graduate/Post graduate
Location : Chennai
Experience : 2 - 8 years

What skill sets are we looking for?

    • Payroll Work experience in BPO / Customer Service Delivery is desirable
    • Hands on experience in Process Book creation, UAT, SOP's will definitely be a high plus point
    • Self-Motivation and Drive to work
    • Should have experience in processing end to end payroll for any of the countries mentioned below
    • ASEAN: Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore
    • MENA : UAE - Dubai, UAE - Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Morocco and Yemen
Your Role and Responsibilities
Administer complex administration tasks related to payroll processing and coordinating diverse elements or work processes, related to it. Require a thorough knowledge of client organizational, payroll procedures. To manage the team handling Payroll Processing (End to End) and operations for the assigned GEO. Support other processes as per need and have a client interfacing role. Should handle the country specific payroll processing and its relevant statutory compliances to the respective regions / countries. Process oriented approach and certification. Should have a very good know-how understanding from Processing to Operational understanding
