P R Venketrama Raja (PRV), established Ramco Systems in 1989 with a mission to create a world-class information technology company focused on enterprise management applications and emerging technologies. Since then, Ramco Systems has become one of the top 100 enterprise solution providers in the world with its products Ramco e.Applications and Ramco Enterprise Series. The company has developed a revolutionary enterprise application assembly and delivery platform – Ramco VirtualWorks.

PRV’s basic philosophy has been "Technology keeps you ahead". An astute businessman with a passion for technology, he has chartered an ambitious growth path for Ramco Systems in the global market.

PRV holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras, India and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

Kamesh Ramamoorthy, joined Ramco in 1994 as Country Manager of Ramco's Swiss subsidiary. After close to two successful years in Switzerland, he set up the Global Product Support Division for Ramco. He then took over as Head of Ramco Systems Corporation - USA based at New Jersey. Having consolidated Ramco’s presence in the US and setting the pace for an explosive growth, Kamesh moved back to Chennai to spearhead the global Enterprise Applications business. Kamesh has taken charge as the COO in 2006 and drives Ramco’s global operations.

Kamesh has been spearheading the transformation of Ramco & one of his key objectives is to build a powerful and truly global brand for Ramco Systems. Within 6 months of taking over, Kamesh has drastically optimized costs and achieved operational break-even during the second quarter (JAS) of this fiscal.

Prior to Ramco Systems, Kamesh was with Wipro Infotech, where he was heading the Western region operations.

K. Ramachandran joined the Ramco Group in 1996 as the General Manager – Finance at Ramco Industries Ltd. He later joined Ramco Systems in 2000 as Vice President - Finance. He is credited with the successful de-merger of Ramco Systems from Ramco Industries in 1999 and incorporating subsidiaries for Ramco Systems in Malaysia, Singapore and South Africa. Prior to joining the Ramco Group, Ramachandran worked with S & S Power, Murugappa Group and Press Metal Corporation.

Ramachandran is a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics.

Jim Fitzgerald joined Ramco in January of 1998, as Vice President of Sales for Ramco’s ERP applications on the East Coast in the US. After quickly ramping up Ramco’s business with 10 new clients in 24 months, Jim quickly established Ramco’s foothold in the Aviation Software market. With expansion and the market demanding a dedicated focus, Ramco began vertical industry segmentation. Jim is currently the Global President of Aviation Solutions and effectively drives a global infrastructure that includes Ramco’s Aviation Solution Center of 235+ Aviation Domain employees that include sales, marketing, development and deployment. Ramco is now one of the fastest growing and preferred software solutions for global aviation needs.
