enrichment and skill enhancement as
well as provide for succession. Enterprises

The Training capability includes comprehensive
scheduling for programs, modules and
courses along with resources including
faculty, venues, and materials. Attendance
and feedback is captured along with
individual performance.
Employee appraisals are normally performed
on a scheduled basis but may include
ad hoc performance reviews as well.
Ratings can be manual or automatically
calculated and then overridden, if
necessary. Training needs can be identified
in the appraisal process as well as
promotions, transfers and rewards.
Self-appraisals can be considered
in the 360° appraisal process
along with peers, managers, and staff.
