Ramco
Process Production enables management
of an array of convergent/divergent
formulae, co-products, by-products,
recyclable items, instructions and yields.
Each formula can be defined based on
the type of ingredients, proportions,
product variations, quantity and batch
sizes. The process of adding ingredients
(as per formula) is integrated with
the routing and resource elements. Expected
yields are calculated for accurate production
and inventory planning.
The solution conforms to SP88 standards
and allows for recipe hierarchies and
master and control recipes. The master
recipe is targeted for execution in
a process cell or subset of the process
cell (process unit/unit class). The
control recipe is a specific version
of the master recipe that can be modified
