Backed by the experience of our engineers, we have successfully commissioned the state of the art OPTO22 Ethernet based Distributed Control System and client-server based SCADA & Historian systems replacing the old legacy control and automation system for many cement plants.

One of our successful installations has been implementing a complete control and automation systems for two lines of 1 million TPD cement plant - Madras cements, for their entire plant starting from crusher to packers. We supplied the latest Opto 22 SNAPPAC Ethernet based processor communicating to distributed intelligent I/O hardware; Wonderwware/Intellution SCADA is used as operating system. We also implemented the Historian software for storage of large process parameter data that could be retrieved and analyzed later or stored in the plant MIS.
