We grant you the right to use the Site subject to the terms and conditions of service and use (“Terms of Use”) set forth below. Please read these terms of service carefully. Ramco has no responsibility to you for Third Party Software. Ramco makes Third Party Software available to you AS IS without warranty of any kind, and Ramco hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Submissions; Mailings
By uploading, emailing, posting, publishing or otherwise transmitting any content to Ramco, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) Ramco a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, transmit and distribute such content in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. In addition, you warrant (or warrant on behalf of the owner of such rights) that all moral rights in the content have been waived.By indicating you want to be placed on the Ramco mailing list, you are consenting to receive emails from us about our products, services, and other news. These Terms of Use will apply to all such emails, and such emails will be considered part of the Site Content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you are given to access the Site, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password. You agree to notify Ramco immediately of any unauthorized use of your passwords.
