His rich and diverse experience in various industries has been one of the driving forces behind the group evolving into a USD 1 billion industrial conglomerate.

P. R. Venketrama Raja (PRV) established Ramco Systems with a mission to create a world-class information technology company that is focused on enterprise management applications and emerging technologies. PRV's basic philosophy of "Technology keeps you ahead", reflects in his consistent efforts to upgrade Ramco Systems to the best available technology. His rich and diverse experience in the IT Industry has helped make Ramco Systems one of the Top 100 enterprise solution providers in the world. An astute businessman, PRV has chartered an ambitious growth path for Ramco Systems in the global market. Mr. Raja is also the Director of Madras Cements Ltd., a leading cement producer in India and the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Ramco Industries Ltd., a leading building products company in India.

Mr. Raja received a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras, India and a Master's Degree in Business Management from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

With a strong track record in building business and a keen interest in the latest technologies, Virender Aggarwal, Chief Executive Officer, Ramco Systems has been focusing on evaluating new market opportunities, attracting strategic partnerships, realigning the company's portfolio of offerings and driving profitable growth. An astute businessman, Virender has a flair for predicting technology trends that will drive the future. He has a reputation for spotting disruptive technology trends well in advance and leveraging transformational services (Cloud, Mobility, Analytics etc) to create value for customers, while growing business operations multi-fold. This quality, coupled with Virender's rich international experience, has been steering Ramco towards becoming a strong Cloud ERP player.

Prior to Ramco, Virender was President & APAC Region Head for HCL Technologies, Singapore. In this stint, Virender played a pivotal role in building the IT Services and Consulting business for Emerging Markets such as Japan, Australia, New Zealand, China, Asia Pacific, India, Middle East and Africa.

Virender Aggarwal holds a Master Degree in Business Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. He is a founder member of Singapore's India Club and was also the first Indian to receive the prestigious International Management Action Award in 2004 conferred to him by SPRING Singapore.

Mr. Shankar holds P & L responsibility for Ramco's India, Middle East and Africa operations. A senior management professional with over 26 years of experience in the industry, Shankar has been handling Sales, Marketing, Alliances and Global Customer Support, culminating in leadership of Country Business Operations for India, Middle East and Africa.

His accomplishments in Ramco include direct sales of software products and projects to several international and Indian customers, business transformation of Global Customer Support and geography operations. A widely-traveled professional with an international outlook, including a 4-year stint in the US operations of Ramco, Shankar has strong leadership skills and is a respected speaker.

Prior to Ramco, he was National Sales Manager, Storage Products with TVS Electronics Limited, India's leading provider of computer peripherals. He also had a fast-track career in sales with Voltas Limited, a diversified Indian company, and worked in their manufacturing operations. Shankar is a post-graduate mechanical engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

After graduating as Bachelor of Technology from Madras Institute of Technology, Ravichandran started his career with CMC. Even prior to his joining in the capacity of Executive Vice President, Ravichandran has been associated with Ramco Systems. As founder of Tecsol, a private concern spearheaded by him, Ravichandran was responsible for positioning Ramco's HCM as a flagship HR solution in the APAC market, where he won deals against SAP and Peoplesoft in Singapore and Malaysia.

Over the last 31 years, he has been associated with some leading organizations like IBM, Keane and RS Software, where he has consistently been recognized as the top performer. He has successfully grown the business in these organizations across international markets like Australia, Singapore and UK. In his current role, Ravichandran will hold P&L responsibility for Europe region.

Ranjan is a seasoned professional with 23 years experience in various leadership roles across functions including Service Delivery, Presales, IT Business Operations & Relationship Management. As an alumnus of IIT Delhi, he started his career with Tata Steel, before moving on to other large organizations like NIIT, Ericsson, Travelport, Satyam Computers and Cap Gemini. In his stints at Satyam and Cap Gemini, Ranjan played a pivotal role in redefining the strategic business plan that involved defining the Go-to-market strategy covering focus sectors, offerings, partners and regions.

Ranjan has a deep understanding of global and local (India) IT services & outsourcing market, and extensive understanding of the new technology trends prevalent in the market like Cloud, Web 2.0, BI and advanced analytics. In his current role, Ranjan is responsible for leading strategic initiatives related to launching Ramco's niche offerings in the global markets and striking strategic engagements with key partners and large businesses, globally.

Shyamala Jayaraman has worked for 21+ years in the R&D division of Ramco Systems. She has been a key member of various development initiatives in Ramco Systems. Shyamala is now responsible for product development and delivery of Ramco ERP on Cloud, Ramco's public cloud ERP offering.

Prior to this, she played a pivotal role in Ramco VirtualWorks®, which is Ramco's innovative Software Development platform. Shyamala has worked extensively on both Microsoft and J2EE technologies. As a culmination of her R&D efforts, Shyamala, along with other members in Ramco's R&D group, have filed several patents in US and Europe.

In January 2002, Shyamala was nominated as one of the Young Achievers for the year 2001 by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) during the CII summit in Bangalore. Shyamala Jayaraman is an engineering graduate from University of Madras in Chennai, India. Prior to Ramco, Shyamala was with PSI Data Systems, Bangalore.
