Ramco Systems, a leading provider of Software products & services, has won an order for Human Capital Management solution from Landmark Group, India.

Landmark group is one of the largest retail organizations in the Middle East and has been expanding aggressively in the Indian market .They felt the need for a proven HR management solution that would support their growth plans by empowering employees. The solution was expected to automate the HR function and integrate it with other processes within the organization. The group company includes Lifestyle Stores, SPAR, City Max Hotels to name a few.

The HCM solution would also include Employee Self Service, Security and Productivity tools.
