Ramco Systems achieves SEI CMMI-SW LEVEL 5
Reiterates its commitment towards continuous process improvement

Ramco Systems, a global provider of enterprise solutions today announced that it has been successfully assessed for conforming to the Capability Maturity Model Integrated for Software Discipline, Ver 1.1 (CMMI -SW) by KPMG. SEI CMMI-SW Level 5 assessment signifies that Ramco has a well-defined, measured process for developing and maintaining software solutions that is integrated into its management processes.

The Scope of the Assessment included projects covering the entire life cycle of Enterprise Solutions Development and Maintenance at Ramco. The domains included Aviation, Banking Financial Services and Insurance, Corporate Performance Management and Business Intelligence, Health Care and Public Services, Human Resources Management, Payroll, Logistics and Manufacturing.

The assessment team comprised of 11 members, headed by Mr. G.P Rastogi, KPMG. The assessment was carried out in two phases. The first phase involved an Internal Document Review for the identified projects. This was corroborated in the second phase through face-to-face interviews and administration of appraisal questionnaires.
