announced an important order
win from Competent Software
Pvt. Ltd. (CSW), a significant
player in the Business Process
Outsourcing (BPO) space.
Ramco HRMS (Human Resources
Management Solution) will address
the requirements of 2000 professionally
strong CSW in the areas of planning
and scheduling, performance
management, employee self-service,
and incentive calculations.
These components will be integrated
with the existing third-party
solution and other in-house
applications.
Ramco won the order on account
of technological edge offered
by Ramco Virtual Works and the
solution’s capability
to address the unique requirements
of CSW. Apart from the ability
to adapt to the changing business
needs, the product seamlessly
integrates with a third-party
solution.
