| Responsibilities: |
- Business consulting with aviation organizations world-wide, for deployment of enterprise class business applications.
- Engagement with function/department leads in process definition/process re-engineering and solution mapping.
- Gap analysis and business requirement specification generation.
- Design and conduct product training for key users.
- Design and conduct user acceptance tests
- Prepare procedure manuals for key usage scenarios.
- Configure system with key process parameters, model data and devise master data collection strategies.
- Provide support to customers, for go-live and production usage of the system.
- Design and conduct system tests / acceptance tests of new releases of the software.

| Required Skills |
- Any Engineering qualification (in Aeronautics). MBA would be an advantage.
- Should have good knowledge & experience in IT environment using "Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul", "Configure and Make to Order" & "Integrated Material management" in any aviation ERP.
- Must be willing to work on Ramco's Aviation ERP.
- Should be willing to travel (Domestic / Overseas) if required by the business.
- Excellent / Good communication & presentation skills.
