At Ramco, we strongly believe that timely and effective training in soft skills as well as people programs to support our employees development can go a long way in giving ‘that cutting edge advantage’ to our employees. To this end, we offer a wide range of training and development programs to our employees.
 
Training
Ramco conducts a comprehensive, 30-day program for all new employees to enrich them with adequate skills /knowledge, enabling them to perform well in their jobs.

We conduct a wide variety of soft skills training like Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Client Management Skills, International Business Etiquette, Team Building Skills, Interviewing Skills, etc, apart from specialized training through external partners on Leadership, Management Development, Competency Mapping, etc.
 
Development through People Programs
Recognition
We recognize and appreciate performance both at an individual and team level. Individual excellence is recognized through appreciation certificates, sponsorship for specialized training and sharing of experiences and best practices.

Collective team effort is recognized and rewarded through appreciation certificates, get-togethers and sharing of experiences. Managers are empowered to give ‘Spot Awards’ for individual and team achievements, to reward excellence and outstanding performances.
 
Mentoring
The Mentoring process at Ramco focuses on the orientation of new employees. This process includes:
  • Guidance from a mentor and learning from their experiences
  • Access to information about various projects across Solution Centers
  • Opportunities to share new ideas, discuss common issues and arrive at suitable solutions
  • Guidance, encouragement and exposure to decision-making and leadership qualities
  • Smooth transition into the current role
Self Development
Ramco encourage employees to take up educational programs so as to enhance their professional skills and individual competence.

Programs can include Certification programs (Microsoft Certified Professional, etc) or Post Graduation programs (Management diplomas, etc).
