Process Personalization with extant solution elements: In recruitment (termed Hire Process in the solution), it is possible to customize the parameters for applicant short-listing by the position, i.e. choose from among a wide variety of parameters such as qualifications, years of experience etc. and save the selected combination as a standard for recruitment into the position in question. It is also possible to customize recruitment administration to each hire, i.e. decide on the exposure an applicant must go through (in logical stages) before recruiting.

Process Personalization with Organization specific Business Rules: The solution behavior at run time is controlled by business rules that are the organization's policies itself.

Process Personalization by Custom delivered functions: Most organizations have their own Appraisal forms. In typical ERP implementations, organizations are expected to change to the way the ERP system works and hence adopt the standard forms available in the ERP. With Ramco HCM, the organization can choose from the pre-configured forms or design one on their own.

Ramco HCM is driven by an optimal combination of run-time parameters and configurable business rules, complemented by utilities for handling mass data changes and complex processing requirements; e.g., screening large volumes of resumes based on user-defined criteria, processing large volumes of leave applications, rule-driven attendance processing and payroll processing, etc. Specific to Ramco Payroll, the application also includes a core capability to pre-process checks to ensure correctness and completeness of data.

We can provide you with the necessary reports, in the format chosen, periodically. All web page grids are exportable to excel, or data can be imported from excel to web page grids. Additionally, standard and ad-hoc reports can either be exported to excel or other formats like word, pdf or html.

All screens are provided with an on-line help facility, and customer-specific on-line help and documentation can be delivered as well.
