Data Modeling – Neural Networks

The neural network tool box provides a powerful and robust means to recognize a pattern and derive a relationship with the available data. It has self-tuning capability and can be used as a soft- sensor for prediction of process parameters.

Genetic Programming

Genetic Programming (GP) is a method to evolve mathematical equations binding the data using complex computations based on the evolutionary algorithms.

Statistical Analysis – Regression analysis & Partial least squares tools

This tool box uses prediction of process parameters by multiple regression analysis to take proactive action. With the help of correlation and regression analysis, and methods of believing most reliable result, among the outputs of these controllers, control actions are taken to ensure the parameter control and optimization.

Heuristic Modeling – Fuzzy Logic Controller

Fuzzy Logic Controller module allows creation of simple IF –THEN rules in order to map the processes that could not otherwise be expressed in mathematical equations but only through rules. Complex systems which require multiple units and multiple outputs for decision making can be modeled using fuzzy logic. This technology is used for various decision making and root-cause analysis of a process.

Control Graphs

This module captures the one-to-one relationships that exist between process parameters in the graphical form. Using interpolation mechanisms, the module computes the value of the output or dependent parameter by utilizing instant value of the input or independent parameter.

Process Analysis Tool

Process Analysis function comprises of data mining tools that helps in utilizing of historical data for process.
