Ramco SCM’s Procurement & Subcontracting allows for a centralized procurement at enterprise level, local procurement at local offices or any combination of in between. Coupled with extensive procurement functionality, the system is capable of handling an enterprise’s complex activities for material procurement for maintenance, capital purchasing, indirect material etc.

Ramco SCM’s Inventory Management provides a set of pre-built components that automates and streamlines the Inventory activities of your organization. Besides providing planners with the visibility of inventory across the supply chain, the system also equips you with the necessary planning tools.

Ramco Inventory Management module allows multi-company, multi-location enterprises to define and manage materials in a consistent manner. It helps in management of materials in multiple units of measure, the conversion between them, helps define the account codes for stocks and classify inventory by value and velocity.

In Ramco Inventory, stocks are received and stored in zones and bins within warehouses, as per the user’s requirements. You have the freedom to regulate storage of materials through warehouse allocation and control various activities like Issues, Receipts, Returns, Adjustments, Inter Warehouse Movements etc. The provision to take a host of reports on a daily or periodic basis is also available. Physical Inventory and Cycle Counting ensures accuracy of inventory data.

Ramco Sales & Shipping application supports a highly distributed sales functionality. It supports a geographically or functionally spread sales setup in terms of ordering, shipping, invoicing and receiving locations.

You can automate and streamline the complete spectrum of the sales processes from prospecting until the final closure of receivables and after sales support. You can record all prospect/customer information, manage forecasts, provide quotes against RFQ/RFI, manage the ordering process, configure products to customer specifications, manage complex pricing mechanisms and finally ship the product to the customer.

The system provides for a centralized information setup and effective control in sales operations. There is an exhaustive customer profiling system that will help sales force to position the right products for the customer. Critical operational policies like pricing, taxes, charges, discounts; credit terms and payment schedules are setup here so that the various sales processes are streamlined. The module also provides demand planning which helps the sales force to forecast future sales.
