Business Analyst HRP

Qualification : Bachelors Or Masters Degree in HR or IT o CSE discipline with very good academic credentials from Top universities in Japan or Korea or any north Asia countries
Location : Japan Korea Malaysia Singapore
Experience : 3-8 Years

What skill sets are we looking for?

    • We are looking for dynamic self driven achievers who have preferably worked in any HRP software implementations
    • Should have hands on Product implementation experience in Oracle Or Successfactors Or other Payroll software
    • Should have done at least 1 end to end implementation
    • Must be able to converse in Japanese or Korean language
    • Excellence in client handling with good communication skills
    • Must be willing to travel globally during the implementation phase
Your Role and Responsibilities
Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements or processes through meetings and discussions| Manage Data collection and provide training on Ramco data collection formats| Document overall business process and product mapping| Perform system configuration| Perform data migration and system rollout| Execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complex system changes| Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan
