Qualification : Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from top universities across Europe with good academic credentials

Experience : 5-10 years

What skill sets are we looking for?

    • 5 to 10 years of demonstrated payroll solution related presales experience preferably Oracle or Success factors
    • Must have presales experience in HCM OR any Payroll software
    • Ability to systematically solve problems and hypothesize possible customer point points expectations and implicit needs
    • Ability to tailor communication to the customers needs with authority effectively deliver presentations to all levels of the organization and strong oral and written skills
Your Role and Responsibilities
To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution| Preparations for best in class presentations and demonstrations to prospects or partners based on the actual pain points or challenges specific to each region| Preparation of proposals that will include the unique value proposition for each customer| Understand true value proposition offered by Ramco benefits provided by the solution and articulate these effectively with potential customers| Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products
