What skill sets are we looking for?
Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in any leading TMS platforms OTM or JDE or Mercury Gate or SAP TMS or BluJay or Manhattan) implementation experience with a 3PL will be a plus
Minimum of 2 full implementation of any Transport Management system is desirable
Exposure to Order Management Network and Planning Optimizer Settlement processes is required
Ability to prepare best in class presentations and demonstrations to prospects or partners
Excellent collaboration skills with ability to communicate project documents clearly to all project stakeholders including client business teams and internal functional and technical teams
Ability to understand complex business requirements industry process and map them to existing TMS features identify gaps propose solutions devise future ready automations and work around is required
Experience in conducting key user workshops training SOP creation conducting UATs and go lives is required
Good business and or systems analysis skills and proven track record of delivering within deadlines with the ability to prioritize projects
