What skill sets are we looking for?
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent educational qualification
4 to 5 years hands on experience working on technical areas with Warehouse Management Systems such as Manhattan or JDA or Red Prairie or Oracle WM or Logfire etc is mandatory
Knowledge of warehousing automation systems such as conveyor belts AS or RS Voice Picking solutions Light picking or Put to light solutions etc is desired
Good documentation capabilities to capture business requirements clearly and detail proposed solutions in a techno functional manner
Excellent collaboration skills with ability to communicate project documents clearly to all project stakeholders including client business teams and internal functional and technical teams
Ability to understand complex business requirements map them to existing WMS features identify gaps and propose solutions and work around is required
Experience in conducting key user workshops training SOP creation conducting UATs and go lives is required
Strong relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to drive change
Should have know how of WMS integration with ERP TMS Automation Systems Bar coding systems WCS etc
Good business or systems analysis skills and proven track record of delivering within deadlines with the ability to prioritize projects
Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAnalyses customer requirements defines detailed documentation develops proposed solutions or approaches including the new process and new system capabilities along with configurations needed| Recommends potential alternatives including business and technical considerations| Actively contribute to and develop solution approach methodologies and frameworks for use in the project as well as for WMS product development| Consults customers on best practices and gets them to buy in to WMS aided industry standard solutions| Ensure solutions are aligned with product strategies and identify opportunities challenges and migration road maps to align with product| Collaborates with off shore technical and support teams to meet project deliverable timelines and quality requirements Why should you join us?
