Collecting payroll legal regulations for various countries through external consultants as well as internal research| Analyzing the legal and business requirements and supporting development team in preparing software requirement specification| Ensure product compliance from the statutory and regulatory changes perspective in the respective countries| System testing and documentation| Support to customer teams
