INAUGURATION STARTS WITH A LO HEI
The tradition of Lo Hei originated from the phrase’s Cantonese meaning of ‘tossing up good fortune’ using raw fish salad which symbolises an ‘abundance of wealth and long life’. To celebrate this local custom, the dignitaries from France, Netherlands, Singapore & India geared up to toss up good fortune on day 1 of the MRO Innovation lab.

Unable to claim Warranty for the parts damages caused during the inbound and outbound repair activities?

Indoor Automated Drones were demonstrated during the launch! Based on the dimensions of the parts, Drones can set the rotation path around the Part guided by Infra-red Sensors. Such captured images will then be synchronized with the Warranty Claims Systems and Repair Order Management Systems along with the details of the Parts and Repair Orders. These images and documentations become the base for warranty claims.
