Over 100 Ramco customers across ERP, HCM and Aviation converged at the picturesque St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort in Los Angeles for the Annual Ramco User Meet – RUM 2015, to discuss on the future technology trends. The event witnessed some of the best global business conglomerates share their best practices and technology adoption with peers.

Themed ‘Disrupting the Status Quo’, RUM 2015 was an exhilarating 3 day meet filled with knowledge sharing, networking and fun. It presented us an opportunity to see global CxOs discuss how industry, market and business changes are impacting their operations and how technology is helping address these effectively

Dolf Beltz

VP Engineering Planning & IT Systems at Emirates Airline

Dolf Beltz started his professional career with KLM Engineering & Maintenance. In 2008 he was posted by KLM at Kenya Airways as Manager Planning & Records. In 2011 Dolf Joined Emirates as Vice President Engineering Planning & IT Systems, where he is in charge of all Maintenance Planning processes and the Engineering IT development and support.

Lee Benson

CEO - Able Engineering and Able Aerospace

Lee Benson is the CEO of Able Engineering and Able Aerospace whose Mission is safely reducing aircraft operating costs for its customers. He is also the CEO of Execute to Win (ETW). ETW is a business management operating system designed to connect employees to strategy and culture to drive sustained profitable results.

Vice Chairman & MD - Ramco Systems

With his rich and diverse experience in various industries, . P. R. Venketrama Raja (PRV) has been one of the driving forces behind the Ramco group evolving into a USD 1 billion industrial conglomerate. PRV established Ramco Systems with a mission to create a world-class IT company that is focused on enterprise management applications and emerging technologies. Raja received a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras, India and a Master's Degree in Business Management from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

 

Dr. Daniele Pfeffer Seraphim

COO, Gulf Precast Concrete Company

In a career spanning over 22 years, Daniele has gained in-depth practical experience of the specificities of the UAE Construction industry and has written several international publications thereon. Among others, she has headed a Dubai-based Construction Development company, held the position of Chief Operation Officer for one of Abu Dhabi’s Master Developers, and is currently holding such a position in Gulf Precast, a UAE leader in Precast Manufacturing.

Joe Tesfai

Senior VP – IT at Kerzner International

Revered by many in the ICT fraternity as the veteran of Hospitality information technology in the Middle East, Joe Tesfai is the Senior Vice President – Information Technology at Atlantis The Palm Dubai and Kerzner International and juggles his responsibilities with serving as a board member for du Customer Advisory Board –Hospitality, a role he fits in as glove by lending his technical expertise on matters of innovation, staying ahead of the game and improving service offerings with the growing customer base

Virender Aggarwal

Chief Executive Officer - Ramco Systems

VA has a reputation for spotting disruptive technology trends well in advance and leveraging transformational services (Cloud, Mobility, Analytics etc) to create value for customers, while growing business operations multi-fold. And as an astute businessman he is using this vision to transform Ramco Systems into a potent player in the Enterprise System marketplace. Virender Aggarwal holds a Master Degree in Business Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.

Raylund Romero

Procurement Manager - PHI

Raylund Romero is a veteran with 37 years of experience in the Aviation Industry. He is a Procurement Manager for PHI and is responsible for handling worldwide procurement. He holds an Associate Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He is a distinguished Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic with FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) certification.

John Manning

Program Manager - Safe Air

John is the Program Manager at Safe Air which is primarily a military MRO, supporting key defence and civilian customers in the APAC region. John has an extensive background establishing and managing the delivery of maintenance and logistics support programs in Military Aviation. Safe Air recently formed a new business unit to provide operational & intermediate level maintenance alongside full supply chain support. John manages this project from RFT through to execution, including the selection and implementation of Ramco Aviation.

David Parmeter

Controller – Columbia Helicopters, Inc.

David is a seasoned finance professional having served Columbia Helicopters for the last ten years as corporate controller. His current role includes overseeing the financial function and reporting of the Ramco Aviation Suite at Columbia. David holds a Masters of Accountancy degree and is proficient at designing and implementing efficient systems and internal controls. His experience includes auditing with a major CPA firm and various financial positions in public and private companies.

D B KADAM

Dy.C.A.M (IT-MRO), DGM-Engg, Air India

Dinendra is a Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager -IT-MRO for Air India. He is a Post Holder approved by D.G.C.A-India and is accountable for the IT-MRO system i.e. Ramco Aviation Solutions M&E for the Airline as well the MRO. He is the coordinator for implementation of the system in Air India and has been associated with Ramco for the last four years. He has an experience of 28 years in the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation.

Argee Abraham

Material Control Systems Manager, BL Harbert Intl.

Argee Abraham is the Material Control Systems Manager for BL Harbert’s International division. Based on his significant prior experience in material control at BLHI jobsites, Argee was uniquely qualified to manage the development and implementation of the ERP system, as well as the ongoing overseas supply chain operations. Argee holds a degree in Computer Science and joined BL Harbert in 2008.

Amy Quaid

CIO, MJB Wood Group Inc

Amy Quaid leads MJB’s technology and operations efforts across all MJB business entities and network of partners in its global supply chain. A part of MJB’s team since 1990, she has been an integral part of MJB’s technology platform and market strategy and has consistently driven operational efficiencies and cost competitive technology solutions for MJB and its business partners. She has been a member of MJB’s Executive team and has held the role of Chief Information Officer since 2001.

Srinivasan R

Vice President - Technology, Ramco Systems

Srinivasan prefers to call himself ‘Snow Blower - Technology’! As Vice President – Technology, he heads the technology initiatives at Ramco, is responsible for evangelizing tech offerings both within and outside the company, and be a constant source of innovations that could bring business value to end customers. He aims to ensure presence at the leading edge of technology thereby eliminating any kind of technology obsolescence in Ramco’s offerings. Srinivasan stays in cohorts with the product teams, implementation teams, business leaders and the external world, to bridge expectations and reality.

John Beaudette

President and CEO – MHW, Ltd., Chairman, National Association of Beverage Importers (NABI)

John Beaudette has been active in the beverage alcohol industry for over 30 years. Since 1995, Mr. Beaudette has been President and CEO of MHW Ltd., a national beverage alcohol import, distribution, and service company located in Manhasset, New York. MHW provides US import and distribution services to wineries, breweries, and distilleries throughout the world. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of The National Association of Beverage Importers Inc. (NABI) in Washington DC and serves as Chairman. Mr. Beaudette is a frequent speaker and lecturer at beverage alcohol events around the world and is one of the organizers of the annual US Drinks Conference and US Beverage Alcohol Forum. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Villanova University and passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in New York.
