Ramco HCM solution seamlessly integrates with Payroll for premium deductions and features unlimited benefit plans, rate tables and eligibility rules.
The Reimbursements Function is meant for processing employee claims— claims associated with travel, medical benefits, annual leave claim and other such eligibilities. Claims may be classified as groups with discrete items in them. The amount reimbursed can be paid through payroll, or by a voucher that is generated from a co-existing Finance Application, such as Ramco Financials.
Employee Self Service
Ramco HCM provides access to employees to directly record and access their personal and payroll related details, such as details pertaining to appraisal, pay slips, time-sheet bookings, leave application, IT support, and other basic tasks. Your on-site employees can also access the HCM software, record time spent on projects and assignments, and other business activities.
