About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 10 to 15 years of experience in selling B2B, ERP, and SaaS enterprise software, preferably with large ERP providers such as SAP and Oracle. This role is a key part of our Aviation strategy, focused on driving large-scale enterprise software sales and delivering business value through technology solutions.

Skill Sets Required:

  • Proven track record in selling to large enterprises, preferably in the aviation or related sectors.
  • Strong experience with SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to close large deals ($5M+ TCV).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in business terms.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation sector.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Drive and close large enterprise deals with a Total Contract Value (TCV) of $5 million or more.
  • Clearly articulate the business impact of technology on organizational performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
