Ramco’s Service Bulletin Agent unlocks value from unstructured technical content, using data from Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives to help create Engineering Orders with the required parameters. Users will also be able to leverage Gen AI based assistants to review predefined reports and check real-time operational status. The platform will also recommend corrective actions for maintenance discrepancies based on prior resolutions, helping technicians standardize decisions and resolve issues faster.
