Amidst stiff competition, Ramco systems has received the highest brand loyalty in ERP software category, from the small and medium enterprises of India (with 100 to 499 employees) – according to PCQuest Users Choice Awards Survey 2011. The results, which were announced in the latest issue claims that Ramco has made it to the top, rivaling industry giants like SAP, Oracle and Microsoft.

The PCQuest Users Choice Awards are given to IT brands based on the mindshare that they enjoy in the minds of key IT decision makers. More than 400 IT decision makers across 8 Indian cities and 8 industry verticals were surveyed by PCQuest to identify best Indian IT brands with 100 to 499 employees and with 500 to 1000 employees.

Brand loyalty is measured as the percentage of existing customers of a particular brand who are likely to continue using the same brand in near future as well. Receiving the highest brand loyalty of 75% means that, three out of every four respondents surveyed have chosen Ramco to be their preferred future brand.

Speaking on the occasion, Ms.Garima Sinha, Head-Corporate Marketing, Ramco Systems said,

“We are delighted to see the results of the PCQuest survey. It is a testimony to the hard work and dedication shown over years by Ramco Systems to our customers. I would like to thank our customers for their loyalty and support.”

Mr. Kamesh Ramamoorthy, Chief Operating Officer, Ramco systems added that,

“Receiving this award has not only been an affirmation of our product development efforts, but has also been an indicator of the rapport and trust that our customers, partners and stakeholders have placed in us. It is a testimony to the hard work and dedication shown over the years by our team to satisfy each of our customers. And this time around, our customers have stood up to demonstrate their loyalty and support for us.”

Congratulations to those who made this possible!R
